Bayden Slickrun
Just wanted to point out a little utility that I love, Bayden SlickRun.
It’s a small app that works a lot like the run menu. Except you can go in and define really specific commands. For example I’ve added a “keyword” called MOM, which is the name of one of my servers. Running MOM in SlickRun opens up a Terminal Server connection.
So a quick WindowsKey + T and your command and off you go. How about goto “google search” for a google search, hibernate to hibernate your computer, mail to open Outlook, msn “name” to instant message someone.
Sure you can do the same thing with BatchFiles but this is much better. Give it a shot and let me know what you think.
